Fight is On: Utah Issues Dec. 31 Deadline to Feds

The fight over land ownership between states and the federal government in the US has been brewing for over a century now, as the feds own much of the land in this country. Get the popcorn ready - it's time to fight over land rights in the US. The Resident discusses.
